Baofeng UV-3R Circuit Board

Had to open it up to fix the SMA connector - it came out of the chassis! The SMA and the spanner ring around the knob were barely torqued at all at the factory. Derp!

Before removing the board you need to desolder the center pin of the SMA jack. It appears on the front of the board, above the LCD display, and below the jack. It's very easy to get it free. I didn't even bother using the desoldering station, just heated the pin, lifted the board out, and cleaned out the hole with a piece of 18 gauge solid wire. Done.
